OUR MACHINE PARK and PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES

In order to keep the quality in production at the highest level, we use LK Altera S coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Ceramic construction, high precision (1.8 µm accuracy) and multi-sensor compatibility provide high-accuracy metrology solutions in titanium implant production. Nabertherm furnaces are high-precision heat treatment furnaces used for medical implant production and metal 3D printing post-processing. It is used in stress relief, sintering and oxidation-controlled annealing processes of titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V) implants, increasing biomechanical strength and optimizing the material internal structure.

Artuk Aviation produces high-strength and biocompatible titanium implants for the medical and aerospace sectors using Nabertherm heat treatment furnaces.

BLT A320 is one of Artuk Aviation's high-precision metal 3D printing systems for titanium and medical components. This printer, which works with Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) technology, offers superior surface quality, precise geometry and biomechanical durability in the production of titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V) implants.

Sensitive and porous (lattice) structures, especially used in surgical implants, orthopedic prostheses and craniofacial reconstruction applications, are produced with BLT A320, allowing patient-specific solutions to be developed. Biocompatibility, high mechanical strength and customizable designs are among the greatest advantages offered by this machine.

ASIA VMC 1160 is one of Artuk Aviation’s high-precision vertical CNC machining centers for titanium components. Used for medical implants, orthopedic prosthetics and aerospace parts, this machine offers high stability, precision surface treatment and the ability to work within narrow tolerance ranges. Used in critical processes such as milling titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V) parts, increasing surface smoothness and processing fine details specific to implants, ASIA VMC 1160 is an ideal solution for medical and aerospace components that require high-precision machining.
